A really super example of the so called 1895 Prussian buckle, although not worn exclusively by the Prussians of course. I think that a general consensus now is that those marked D.R.G.M. on the pin shroud are private purchase buckles and are of particularly good quality. As said, the one shown is a really super example, in my opinion of course.
