    Youri, looks good to me, it is my understanding that this type of buckle was made for a short time in 1915.

    The pewter buckles in toto and not just those with a pewter roundel are interesting.

    Richard (DUJAILAH) at post number 194 shows a remarkable Preußen example, as the few known seem to be invariably Sachsen.

    I for one do so like these pewter buckles and which in my opinion, enjoy the heady combination of being both extremely interesting and extremely rare.
