Prussian Parade Buckle with little Medaillon - question to maker??

Recently, this untouched Prussian property piece reached me.
Unfortunately, my research regarding maker did not yield anything.
Maybe someone has, because of the rather rare medallion, a comparison piece or an idea? Diameter of the medallion is 38 mm, chest size 60 x 47 mm. Slightly magnetic are only the rivets of the Zweidorns and this itself.
