I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
While my knowledge of all the German states and types of headgear is in it's infancy, you have a very nice looking Visor. Given that is is Dunkleblau, I would think it is pre-WW1 (maybe pre 1900?) as well. But will defer to others who know more. I love these very small brimmed examples.
It does however look similar to this train troops example. But again, I know little about these

Thank you all for your help! I will have have to update the Ebay listing a bit
Cap is pre 1914, probably around 1900-1910, lower cockade is Wurttemberg .
Used by artillery or engineer nco's.
