Hello Guys ,here,s my latest find a matching regimental marked 53.A.E.2.134 (artillary)1871 dated sidearm ,maker Clem & Jung for anyone who,s intrested in such things .regards Paul.

Interesting piece. It is a Prussian Hirschfanger, the cypher is actually Wilhelm I, rather than Wilhelm II we more usually see. As you say for a Feldartilllerie Regiment, a photo of the entire blade would be nice. Interestingly it doesn't seem to have a saw back.

Very nice. The leather scabbard has survived well, they often don't.
