    Interesting piece. It is a Prussian Hirschfanger, the cypher is actually Wilhelm I, rather than Wilhelm II we more usually see. As you say for a Feldartilllerie Regiment, a photo of the entire blade would be nice. Interestingly it doesn't seem to have a saw back.

    Very nice. The leather scabbard has survived well, they often don't.
