IMO : Core comes from Deumer the rest(backside) is fake(fantasy).
You are right. The fakes you posted are 1914 EK 1 produced after the war. So it's an old fake.

I will start by saying that I am not well versed in these "large crown / closed 4"
style of crosses.
That being said, I do not believe that this cross is using a Deumer core.
Deumer never used this core style. The crowns are noticeable different and
the dates are completely different. Deumer used a open 4 style font.
Pictured below are some examples of Deumer 1914s.

The core in the thread starter most closely matches the style used by
Steinhauer and Luck (S/L) and by Funcke & Bruninghaus (L/56)
S/L is also noted for using frames with rounded inner corners, much like the thread starter.

about the reverse hardware, but if I had to make an educated guess about this
cross, I would say that it's probably a good S/L.
