1914 Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse by C.F. Zimmermann

I'd like to share this new addition to the Wilko collection with my fellow Imperial Eisernes Kreuz enthusiasts.
As you know I normally collect the 2nd class 1914 Imperial EK but every now and then something pops up that just can't be left out.
Earlier in the year I added a C.F. Zimmermann EK2 and then this beauty pinged on my radar and I had to have it

No worries about the delay and thank you for the appreciation and congrats on this new addition.
I feel you may well be right on this point as I would love to now add the 1st class variant to my 2nd class makers.
Good place to start with C.F. Zimmermann, next maybe a K.O.
But that then opens a whole new side to the collecting, matching the cores up
