I have a few questions about this picture, WWI is not my cap of tea, so I recognized only rank-gefreiter and for me it was taken in pre-war years or in first war years.
I should be grateful if someone will reply and tell me about details.

Feld jager or Landwehr have buttons with numbers, an officer certanly. If on the cap is visible a horn is a member of feld jager unit.
