It looks like it could be preWWI or WWI austro-hungarian empire....in which country did you find it ?

yes i posted it a few times on different topics [sorry] i found it in my grandma's attic it is said to be her moms younger brother. i live in ohio. it is 20x16 and here is the back with writings in pencil , thanks for the reply
