    It should be 3 pieces - the iron core and the ( later) plated frames.

    if its all the one piece then its a reproduction......

    Not necessarily correct, there were one piece crosses made from zinc.
    Although, I do not believe this is one of them.

    Looks like an original cross made by "KO" that has really
    seen a tough life.

    This EK has really had a very hard life and not been looked after, shame as they really are beautiful crosses.
