Sorry we could not be of any help.
I searched through old threads over on the WAF forum and could not find a match to it.

The past 2 years, I've seen a dozen of these crosses in both 1st & 2nd classed for sale on eBay by notorious sellers. I almost bought one myself due to the aesthetics.. I never found any information or period photos of them in wear. A sample board / list of this manufacturer, M. Fleck & Sohn is available from the year 1933. Whether this is the complete view of what they made in this year is not clear to me.
Is M. Fleck & Sohn a maker that was seen a lot in this time?
Perhaps this piece was made earlier than 1933.. This would make more sense too me if you look at the design of the skull.
Maybe in the timeframe of 1918-1923 Freikorps or Der Wehrwolf 1923-1933?
I think the first thing to do is have someone post an original award here from this maker with a clear shot of the maker stamp and compare it with the one in the OP.

One good idea, if someone has an original maker stamp, please share it.
I will look for it too.
