GEW 98 Muzzle Cover Markings

I have a Gew 98 muzzle cover with imperial markings and regimental marking. Can someone please help me with the regimental markings? The markings are 178.R.9.58 I think the 178 is a Saxon regiment and the 58 is the weapon number?

I would appreciate any help on this .

Kgl. Sächs. 13. Infanterie-Regt. Nr.178 (Kamenz) XII Armee Korps, Company 9, weapon 58. Yes it was a Saxon regiment.
