    Mate, I have a black in this design, and I have been on the fence about it for years. Mine is exceptionally light and easily bent. Any exposed metal is a copper colour, as yours appears in the photos. It is non magnetic, and I have read on certain forums that the base metal is cupal.
    I am not convinced on this however. Sorry I couldn't be more conclusive on this for you.

    I wish I could help but I don't have enough experience to give
    an opinion that means anything.

    The thing that I see on this piece that gives me concern is the difference
    in quality of the two sword hilts.
