Huge German WWI Naval Imperial flag questions

Just bought this flag at the local flea market today.
9'6" by 16'4" huge flag made out of wool(?) in excellent condition with just a few spots of moth damage.
It appears to be a Naval Jack German Imperial Navy flag, but I would like to hear opinions and confirm that it is indeed that.
Also, curious as to the originality,rarity, collectability and value.

IMO it appears to be too large to be a WW1 Imperial
KM Jack, but rather more likely a circa 1933 RKF.
