Probably one of the last items for my collection that I will receive this year.

This is a Kaiser's Shooting Prize for Artillery, 1913.
It is awarded for excellence with their weapons. It is a unit award.
It would be worn on the right upper sleeve.
It still retains the correct cloth, and metal, backing.

Very nice fire gilding on that one. Any idea on the maker?

    Thanks Vince!
I have no idea who the maker could be, as I am barely starting to collect Imperial items.
I have not been studying them for years, like some.
There are no markings on the reverse of the back plate, and I don't want to attempt to remove the back plate.

Great way to end the year! Also, learn something new every day first time I have heard about these.
