    Hello all,

I have been hoping for some time to finally add a garment to my imperial German collection. I am a bit stumped by this potential find. What looks to be the standard 1895 version of the blue Waffenrock; issued to a Einjahriger soldat. The internal stamping looks good and shows dating and perhaps depot stamps. The boards would indicate it belongs to the Rheinisches Infanterie Regiment Nr. 65. Kaiser's bunker lists that regiment as having "Brandenburg" style cuffs though - it has been shared with me that military regulations were very strict on this matter. The seller has no idea as to why it is.

Is a post-Kaiserreich civilian/theatre modification the only explanation for the "Swedish" cuffs?
What could be the value of this jacket given that discrepancy?

    Thank you for any/all input,
    -BW

Not sure BW. If others here don't know, maybe an email to Tony would help
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated
