I am not sure if this topic is put in the right forum, but recently I picked up this most interesting photo, showing a group of Reichsmarine officers around a table with (sporting?) prizes.
It took some time to work it out, but here we see two chums from the Kapp Putsch of March 1920; centered behind the table is Vice-Admiral Adolf von Trotha, and left (with the white top) Rear-Admiral Magnus von Levetzow. Both were drummed out of the German Navy because of their support to Kapp and Lüttwitz, and the rebelling soldiers and sailors.
I suppose that the picture dates from early 1920.
Does any one have any idea about the occasion, so that the time and place can be established?
