I'm am far from being an expert on these badges but I do own
an original and have looked at some others.

Sorry to say but I think that the two that you posted are not originals.
The shape of the eyes is wrong and the nose should have more detail.
There also seems to be an excess of flashing material around the edges of the bones.

Here is mine to compare against.
