A membership pin of some sorts for 1913. The key is finding out what T.V.P. is.

I searched the maker (W. Hartmann, Hannover) but couldn't find anything.
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

    Turnerbund, sports organization.
Here is a Turnerbund buckle. The four "F"s represent "Frisch, Fromm, Fröhlich, Frei" (fresh, pious, cheerful, free)".

As said above, the "4F" logo tells us it's from a gymnastics club, for whose name the acronym "T.V.P." stands.

It's very likely that "T.V." means "Turnverein" and "P." stands for the location.

The inscription "Für treue Mitgliedschaft" [= "For faithful membership"] tells us it's an honor pin presented to longtime members.
