Unknown items, please help to identify.

Hello, I have these items in my collection for many years but have no clue what they are even with the best of my research abilities. The first photo of the 3 items they appear to be some kind of badge, the center is stiched cloth. The second item is a pin of some sort.

The three shields in the first picture are from the Third Reich era. These are donation badges of the "Grenzlandwappen" ["coats-of-arms from the borderlands"] series issued for the 1936 donation drive for the Winterhilfswerk (WHW) [Winter Relief Fund].

The one in the second photo is an Austrian WW I-era cap badge worn by members of the Rainerregiment. I cannot comment on authenticity.
