Purely based upon the postal address I searched for the name Franz Malecha. I found several persons with the name but only one who lived close to the address on the letter. This was at Wesendorf, Kreuzburg.
His name appears on the February 1915 casualty list:
Grenadier Franz Malecha from Wesendorf, Kreuzburg
Liste Preußen 138
Regiment : 5th Kompanie, Grenadier-Regiment 10
Died in Feldlazarett Stenau on 5th January 1915.
