Hi Partisan,
It Looks like a Model 1915 enlisted man's greatcoat. It looks like the collar is green. That means that it's Prussian. All other German states had field grey collars. This model standardized to frontline uniforms for the Imperial army. Maybe you could try to find the acceptance stamps to get more info about the army group and maybe regiment. I couldn't find it on the pictures. I think it's an early one because the slits for the belt hooks are strengthened with leather. Later this was strengthened with canvas because in the frontline conditions the leather deteriorated to quickly. Nice and original. Without repairs it would be superb. Very nice shoulder boards. I would add a coat like this in my collection if the price was right.
