    Hi Everyone,

Thought I'd share my latest pickup - WW1 German Camouflage M17 helmet. I've been after a nice original one for ages. It has what I assume to be the original liner, however the chin strap is missing (Not a huge deal for me). There is a marking of 'E.F 64' on the inside of the skirt. It looks awesome when displayed on a mannequin head with my M17 gas mask!

    Thanks!

I like the shell and the paintwork... although I'm not sure what to make of the pads.

I agree pads look like Latvia fakes.

Thanks for the info! I'm not too bothered about the pads, as long as the shell & paint is all original.
