Default Kerensky era St. Stanislaus Neck Order

Here's a recently acquired, rare Russian Provisional Government (Kerensky) Order of Saint Stanislaus 2nd Class Military Division with Swords, neck badge, issued March to November 1917. Gilt bronze and enamels, measures approximately 48 mm in diameter, bearing clear maker's mark on reverse with "K" beneath which is "Eduard", of Saint Petersburg.

Anyone know what the "K" stands for?
