Cloth looks like Soviet Russian.

The word at the bottom of this stamp appears to be ‘Garderob’, meaning wardrobe.
Probably a film or theatrical costume.. or, at least, ex-theatre stock.
I know it’s an old thread, but I’m browsing!

Well spotted.That makes sense as similar marks can be found in TR uniforms used in Soviet era movies.
