Hope this helps, it's just my opinion.

JMHO, these prices are very subject to condition.
You will be hard pressed to find a nice PAB bronze or silver for $220.
Some decent EK II's can be found for less than $100.

It really all depends on what condition you want. There are, of course, exceptions to prices.

ObK, thanks, that is helpful, just to have a starting range with reallzation that quality and rarity will be major factors.
The badges I have listed here range in quality, so I just needed a starting point--appreciate your help and look forward

Is there a site that lists a range or average cost for various badges? Or opinions on fair price in average to good condition?

No. Prices vary depending on so many different factors. The condition of the item, the maker and more importantly, who is selling them. Look around dealers sites and you can gauge an average price for a particular item. Mo has given a reasonably accurate ball park figure for the awards you've listed and as you can tell, there is sometimes a $50 difference between the high and low prices.
It also comes down to how much you are willing to pay for an item. Some people who want just a representative example of a particular award may only wish to spend a minimum amount. Dedicated and specialist collectors of a certain award maight pay over the odds just to obtain a particular example.
