I'm not too certain about this piece. It came with a recent collection I picked up

Not one I've seen before, but I'm going to go with fake.
Never seen a reverse like this and the front lacks any of the detail I would expect to see.

it's a fake of the so called "deformed leaf" IAB.

I agree with Sven, definitely that badge trying to imitate, probably Deumers, deformed leaf ISA.
