It looks like an original Type 3 Alois Rettenmaier with a partially hollow rifle, (according to DeBock's definition).
I am sure that fischer will comment and clear this up.

I agree with Ralph's analysis and this one is attributed to the maker Alois Rettenmaier.

Before attribution, it was referred to as the Broken Stem variant.

Here is one with the hollow reverse from my collection to compare.
