The Badge itself is Original, but the Needle and the Catch appear to be Replacements...
This example is made by Funcke & Bruninghaus, Lüdenscheid and it's the Smooth Crimp variant.
Like most other awards that utilized the crimped-in hardware attachment method, it failed rather quickly and the makers had to return to the direct solder process.
Because of this, these F&BL crimped in ISA's are difficult to track down.
For me, with these pics, I cannot say for certain the badge pin and catch have been replaced.
Here are my examples to compare.
