IMO it looks like the so called "egghead" IAB. And it looks like a good original to me.
I agree with Sensei....This ISA is referred to as the Egghead.
This obverse design can also be found as a zinc hollow variant
To date, the maker is still unknown.
Here is a solid bronze example to compare.
