It does look like a SHuCo. I would say it’s original...

You really should try to post better pictures in order to get a more accurate assessment of your badges. Also, better pictures will encourage other members to comment!

Photo taking is an intergral part of the evaluation process. The better the photos the better the response.

Here is a great example of what we should see. Perfectly straight on photos of the front and back and of the eagles head. Also angled photos of the catch and hinge.

Better photos as noted above are needed. Personally, I don't think it is a SHuCo. But it's been a while since I've studied these. One factor is that SHuCo's have 5 berries on the bow. This has 4. But maybe it's my eyes or the angle of the photo.....

I will indeed look further then SHuCO's because the berries also caught my attention a while ago.
