I believe it is an F&B.L, (Funcke & BrĂ¼ninghaus, Ludenscheid).

I agree with Ralph, this one is an F&BL example with crimped in hardware.
In researching this variant, the crimping system did not hold up very well.
Because of this, we can find this example with the crimping system modified to hold the pin in place.
Here is both a Silver and Bronze grade with the smooth crimp attachment method.

Here is the modified version of this variant. Notice the sanded area where the hinge crimp used to be.
We know this was done at the factory as the finish was applied after the area was sanded.
The hinge was then soldered in place.
