As far as I know of, this camp is still in existence and is located in San Miguel County,2 miles outside of Las Vegas. It is an Army National Guard Armory Camp built in 1920 as a National Guard Training Camp. It is also currently used today by the public health agencies.

"Camp Luna is named in honor of Captain Maximiliano Luna, Who was one of N. M.'s foremost soldiers in the Spanish American War. Capt. Luna was killed in active service in the Philippines."
