assorted US shoulder patches

Article about: just picked these up today at an estate sale for \\$2 each....was wondering what era they are, I think some are WW2 but some are likely post war....also, I have not seen that cloth backing bef

    Default assorted US shoulder patches

    just picked these up today at an estate sale for $2 each....was wondering what era they are, I think some are WW2 but some are likely post war....also, I have not seen that cloth backing before on some of the other patches I have already...

    any input is greatly appreciated...

    the sets are identified as (counter-clockwise) Ryukyu, Army Anti-aircraft, 104th Infantry division, 5th Army North....the singles are 7th engineer and 2nd Infantry

    The 104th and 5th Army look to be WW2 era. The Ryukyus Command and AA Command are post WW2, 50s era. It appears these may have been on a patch blanket or something similar given the same backing material is on the patches..
