Hey guys, is this a WW2 era flag? There is ink on the edge, it says " 3/4 yd ENg" then the letter S or a 5. The flag is multi piece constructed with silkscreen Union Jack .However the nylon cord looks post war? Thanks guys!

It's a post war Red Ensign or ' Red Duster' that has been used to signify civil shipping since 1864. This one is very small and could well be for a small yacht or boat. It could also be fairly modern made. The fittings show it to be a pretty cheapo example.
