'North Africa' rank slide identification-

I’m asking for some help in identifying these rank slides.

I got them with a mixed group of badges and insignia some of it WWII RAF so I thought these were RAF ‘North Africa’ rank slides but the red is throwing me, digging around there are some similarities with Polish rank slides but again not conclusive.



Anything that can get me closer will be appreciated, thanks in advance.
