Collar disk if for the engineer corps.
Patch on left shoulder is for the US 6th Army.
Ribbons (L to R) are for the US Army Good conduct medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign medal, and the Philippine Liberation medal.
The patch above the right breast pocket is commonly referred to at the “Ruptured Duck”. It signifies honorable service and discharge.

is this a four pocket uniform? Judging by the cut and shape of the pocket it looks like it may be, rather than the standard 2 pocket Ike jacket..
More often than not you will find Pacific veterans will have the 4 pocket standard issue uniform vs their European counterpart Soldiers who wore the cut down 2 pocket Ike jackets upon returning home and at discharge and separation.
Nice to see these uniforms..
