It is a rare pin that belonged to the British North African Black schlong company.
Their schlongs had to wrap around an 8 inch brass rod twice and reach the top in a soft state. Note palm trees.
They were very popular with the Bedouin ladies that provided invaluable intelligence about the Africa Korp during WWII.

Honestly I really do not know anything about it. Just being silly.
