    Looks like a British Light infantry bugle to me......

    Probably not even military, maybe postal? Check that avenue.

    thanks Tom , ummmmmmmmmm......a horn or a flask ???....postal service ,originated 1841s ...badges I doubt would have been constructed in pewter.....those I have seen have been brass .
    Military badges very very early I have seen made of pewter as were militia buttons. ........may be struggling on this one !!
