WW1 collar discs

Article about: I purchased 3 collar discs but 2 seem suspect. The paint and the back is smooth, not how a 96 year old disc normally looks. Please be the judge with the pics.

    You can't judge anything with such poor quality pictures. Please post CLEAR photos.

    Yeah, time for a new camera, but shouldn't there be a "dimple" at the base of the shaft screw? That is shown on last 2 pics.
