Zepplelin patch

Any info will be appreciated,black patch measures 3 3/8" x 1 1/2" zeppelin measures2 3/4" appears to have been sewn on as there are loose threads....Thanks ,Dave H

Nothing to do with German Zeppelins: This is a U.S. Navy distingushing mark for crews of rigid airships.
