Grille found in the woods

A friend of mine found a grille of a vehicle, but we can't find the owner of it..

1930's that is for sure!
The horizontal bars made me think that it could be a citroen, but I can't think of the type.
You better put your question on a antique car forum.

Looks to me like a possible Citroen, IMO. Whereabouts was it found?? that may help
