Fascist medal "Ai benemeriti dell'Opera Nazionale Balilla" and its box

Hello,

I'd like to share with you this merit medal of the Opera Nazionale Balilla, which was part of the fascists youth organizations.

On the box stand the letters "RZ" for "Regia Zecca", the Italian royal mint.



Vittorio Emanuele III was king of Italy from 1900 to 1946.




There are different patterns for this medal. The letter "z" with the crown shows that it's the official pattern of the royal mint. The maker is P. TAILETTI.
