Italia shield.

Good day everyone!
I have a question about this Italia shield. I could not find any in similar ones in the database,so wanted to hear Your opinions about it. Original or fake!? I personally don't like the cloth around the shield.

It comes from "Distintivi e medaglie della RSI 1943-45" (Tome 2).

It doesn't look military to me , the Italian SS wore a fasces arm badge , there is talk of a tricoloured flag style sleeve shield (without lettering) but no photographic evidence has surfaced . The cloth it is attached to looks like sweatshirt material or a similar modern fabric .

The first one is 100% bad. Latvian fake wool backing, note the weave pattern.

Not that fond of the other either to be honest..

As I said, I would pass on the second one also...
What is dissapointing is that those shields,medals and so on are getting sold for a quite big ammount of money....So those fuc... fakers continue their "job" :/
