The MSVN : The Milizia Volontaria per la Sicurezza Nazionale (Volunteer Army for National Security) or Black Shirts was formed in 1923 as the Fascist party enforcement arm. Somewhat equivilant to the NSDAP SturmAbeitelung. It looks to bet a very nice find but i don't like the "pimped up " scabbard overpaint . Could you post a photo of the reverse side of the scabbard please .
