Unknown Italian Uniform

Greetings all,

I found this uniform at a local op-shop. I know it's Italian but I have very little knowledge on Italian gear.
It has no markings or tags and if it wasn't for the brass buttons I would have had no idea on it's origins. It's in terrible condition so I am planning to remove the buttons and bin it. I'm guessing it has little to no historical value, that it is a dress uniform from the 1960's or 70's; can anyone ID the tunic?

Yes, this is an Italian post war dress uniform. Used well into 80's, but as you stated, judging by the revers' shape, it is probably a 70's specimen.
