Box Of Calling Cards

Thought I'd post a translation request. I've had these cards which came together in a cardboard box. I'm hoping box is wartime or earlier? There was an amount of one card plus a few individuals. Thanks for your time. I appreciate your help!

With the exception of the card from Cruiser "Yakumo" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_cruiser_Yakumo
, and the one immediately above it, they are all civilians. Kohsaku Ueda Navy Mechanic from Hokkaido says the one above.
