i recieved a lot of pictures of a navy pilot and i would like to know what is written on the banner on the picture?
i think a business meeting or Something else?? this picture is taken imo postwar.

That photo was taken on the occasion of the inaugural general meeting for establishing the Tokyo branch of the postwar Association of former A-class Navy Pilot Preparatory Training Course Members. 甲種飛行予科練習生 abbreviated as（甲飛）was one of the 5 courses for training young navy pilots between 14/15 and 20 years of age. 240,000 kids volunteered in total for the 5 courses, 18,564 died in the war, of which 1,557 died in Tokko operations.
