    Hello Sir, Regarding the Diagram of Underwear on Page One; is that Triangle/Bandana perhaps a Loin Cloth ?
    And regarding the above Film of IJA Soldiers returning to Japan- I may have to watch it a few times to notice all the different Uniforms etc.
    With the rather large heavy Packs they're wearing, I'm wondering if they were more Garrison Troops rather than Field Soldiers; who would be traveling lighter.

    No, it is identified as a collar cloth.
