Does this IJA Type 90 Liner Look Right?

Hello all, I hope everyone has been well lately. Came across this helmet and wondered if the liner seemed up to par. It's a bit different from the Type 90 I have but not vastly so, so I figured I'd check and make sure all seemed well. Grateful for the wisdom!

On reverse of pad there should be an ink stamp with Showa date
